Guava Cheesecake

This is a delicious and easy to prepare recipe, ideal for this autumn season.

Guava and almonds are the main ingredients.


  1. Pemium Guavas 1/2 lb.
  2. Cheese cream 16 Oz.
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Vanilla extract . 1 Tsp.
  5. Sliced Almonds 2 Oz.

Cooking steps:

Wash the premium guavas and carefully cut the flower using a knife. Remove the seeds using a small spoon. Blend the softened cream cheese, guava, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium until it is well blended.

Add 2 eggs: blending one a time.

Pour into the crust and add the sliced almonds as a topping.

Bake 40 min, or until center is fully baked. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Store leftover cheesecake in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
